Help us develop the hope4PMOS questionnaire

We are developing the hope4PMOS questionnaire focusing on polyendocrine metabolic ovary syndrome (PMOS, formerly known as PCOS). We invite people living with PMOS, healthcare professionals, and researchers to answer a series of questions that wil help identify and prioritise the topics to be included in the hope4PMOS Questionnaire.

What does it take?

Answer questions to help develop the hope4PMOS Questionnaire (5-10 minutes).
